LOCATION & TICKET PURCHASE INFORMATION
The main box office and will call windows are located at the main east side entrance of the coliseum.
The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and closed on non-events Saturday and Sunday.
On the day of an event, the box office will stay open for an hour and a half after the show starts.
Will Call opens an hour and half before the show starts or you can pick up your tickets during regular box office hours.

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Checks are NOT accepted.

CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, the original tickets will be honored for the new date. In some cases, refunds will also be available up until the new date.
CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION POLICY
For safety and security reasons, only the actual credit card holder with a valid ID may purchase tickets by credit card. The El Paso County Coliseum and its official ticket outlets use a credit card verification system that only allows tickets to be printed and mailed or emailed to the person to whose name, address, and phone number match that supplied by the actual credit card’s issuing bank.
LOST / STOLEN TICKETS
If tickets are lost or stolen you should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets will be refunded at the original point of purchase.
WILL-CALL TICKETS / VIP PASSES
Will-Call tickets purchased through Ticketmaster by phone or via Internet are available for pick up immediately after purchase up until 2 hours of the day of show.
Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive at the box office approximately an hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, El Paso County Coliseum Box Office personnel has no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are received at the box office.
BACKSTAGE PASSES
Unfortunately, backstage passes can not be requested. Backstage passes are issued by the representatives of the performers, just like any invitations to any private function, and are not available to the general public.
